OBJECTIVES

Provide leadership training focused on recovery values to promote a trauma-informed recovery workplace culture.

Provide recovery-informed workplace training to employers and employees, which includes anti-stigma training, disability management services, third-party peer support, and workplace cognitive impairment training.

Encourage the identification of peer recovery champions within the organization and establish peer support groups for recovering employees.

Assess the financial impact of the loss of time, retraining, and supportive benefits due to mental health issues.
