TJ Sheehan is a motivated individual with a deep passion for both business and recovery. After spending several years in the fitness and restaurant industry, TJ discovered a new purpose — one that merges his desire to assist others with his expertise in running successful enterprises.
With a notable track record of achievements, TJ successfully founded Jacked Foods & Fitness, expanding its reach before eventually selling the venture in Alberta and BC.

Backed by extensive education and training, including National Certified Recovery Coach Level I and II from TheAddictionsAcademy.com in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Recovery Coach CACCF Certification from Still-Here.ca in Surrey, BC, TJ has acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience in the realm of addiction recovery.
